Schools have the option to purchase the software outright and install it on their own servers or PC but will have to purchase SMS credits from us separately to use the SMS features of the software and also pay for any support they will need from us beyond the initial configuration.

A second purchasing option that most schools prefer is to subscribe to our cloud hosting service where we host the software on our server and parents pay [an amount] per student per term/semester; this shifts the costs from the school authorities to the parents. Parents consider the fact that due to an unreliable postal system, over 80% of them do not receive their ward’s End-of-Term/Semester Report Cards, thus, paying [an amount] enables them to access the reports, check school fees payment and balances online as well as receive SMS notification and SMS summary of reports on their cell phones.

B.  Subscription-B

1. Agreed amount ¢5.00 per student per term to access the software online
2. Free support and maintenance
3. Free Website design and hosting
4. Can send free 5-SMS per student per term/semester

C.  Subscription-C

1. Agreed amount ¢3.00 per student per term/semester to access the software online
2. Free support and maintenance
3. No Website design and hosting
4. Can send free 4-SMS per student per term/semester

D.  Subscription-D

1. Agreed amount ¢2.50 per student per term/semester to access the software online
2. Free support and maintenance
3. No Website design and hosting
4. Can send free 2-SMS per student per term/semester

E.  Subscription-E

1. Agreed amount ¢2.00 per student per term/semester to access the software online
2. Free support and maintenance
3. No Website design and hosting
4. Cannot send free SMS to parents

NOTE:
If you choose a package without an SMS
You will have to purchase SMS credits from us to enjoy all the SMS services mentioned.
The cost of 1-SMS is 0.20 pesewas (1-SMS consists of 160 characters; 2-SMS consists of 180 characters…. etc.) This means if you want to send 1000 SMS you will need 1000 * 0.20 = GH¢ 200.00
